SAITO and FUKUDA CUP COMPETITORS:
Competitors must have submitted a completed waiver and release for either the Fukuda Cup or the Saito Cup before being allowed to enter the team competition. Team Entry Fees are to be paid by Coaches ($50 Total per team). Team Submittals will be done on day of tournament by the team coaches. Waivers must be submitted under application deadlines.
