* Entry Fees: $40 for each division you enter. $40 Per Kata Team.

Once you click submit on the registration form:
1. You will receive a conformation email.
2. Your instructor will receive an email requesting they click the "YES" button for the instructor signature. Once they have done so, you are registered for the 2018 Alaska State Judo Championships. By completing this process you and your instructor have stated that you both have read Forms J1 and J2 and have agreed to the contents of each form. Please confirm with your instructor that they have completed their part of your registration.
The on site registration process on Friday April 20st. 2018 is to confirm that you have arrived and to weigh you in.
We will not be accepting any registration paper work or payment during registration. Unless there is proof of errors. I.E. your registration conformation email.
The registration table and weigh-in will close at 8pm sharp.
If you need to change information after you submit your Online Registration, email David Cheverie at davidcheverie@yahoo.com with changes before April 14th. 2018.

* A Photo ID is required for Seniors: State ID, Driver's License or photocopy of Passport.
*All contestants MUST show proof of current membership with USJF, USA Judo, USJA, Judo Yukon or Judo Canada (present membership card or photocopy of card). All memberships must be active on the day of competition.
* Bring your own copies of your registration conformation email(s) for back up purposes.
Eligibility:
* Open to contestants who have current membership with any of the following organizations: USJA, USJI, USJF, or Judo Canada (foreign contestants must be members of a member federation of the International Judo Federation).
* You must be at least 5 years old on the day of competition in order to compete.
* You must be at least 7 years old to compete in the Fukuda/Saito Team Competitions.

THESE WAIVER AND RELEASE FORMS MUST BE CAREFULLY REVIEWED BY PARENT / LEGAL GUARDIAN, PARTICIPANT AND JUDO INSTRUCTOR AND BY COMPLETING THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS YOU ARE AGREEING TO AND GIVING CONSENT TO THE RULES REGULATIONS AND LIABILITIES AS OUTLINED IN THESE WAIVERS AND ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS AND PROCEDURES.
